Our unsalted cultured butter is made by first introducing a culture to grass-fed, preservative free cream. After a period of 24-48 hours of fermentation, this cream becomes a matured crème fraîche that's pleasantly tangy and tasty. We then churn the crème fraîche into cultured butter and cultured buttermilk. This cultured butter is then used as the base for our other flavours.
